By accessing or using EliteInterviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including candidates and interviewers.

2. Description of Service

EliteInterviews is a platform connecting candidates with vetted industry professionals for mock interviews. We also provide AI-powered interview practice. Our services include interview scheduling, feedback delivery, and candidate recommendation to hiring partners.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Interviewer Terms

Interviewers on EliteInterviews agree to:

• Undergo our vetting process before being listed on the platform
• Provide honest, constructive, and professional feedback
• Honor scheduled interview commitments or cancel with adequate notice (24 hours minimum)
• Set fair and transparent pricing for their services
• Not solicit candidates for external services outside the platform

5. Candidate Terms

Candidates using EliteInterviews agree to:

• Attend scheduled mock interviews on time or cancel with adequate notice
• Treat interviewers with respect and professionalism
• Not record or redistribute interview content without consent
• Accept that feedback is advisory and does not guarantee employment outcomes

6. Payments & Refunds

Interviewers set their own rates. EliteInterviews charges a platform fee on each transaction. Refunds are available if an interviewer fails to attend a scheduled session. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled interview.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EliteInterviews, including the AI interview system, branding, and platform design, is owned by EliteInterviews. Users retain ownership of their personal content but grant EliteInterviews a license to use anonymized data for service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

EliteInterviews provides a platform for mock interviews and does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for the quality of individual interviewer feedback beyond our vetting standards. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
